dotnetrockz Posted April 28, 2014 Report Posted April 28, 2014 Correct me if iam wrong..... --->even if u take up the second assignment ur employment will be with the same company(sponsor/petitioner) --->may be ur work location will change and ur type of work will remain same...so material change kinda u can file an amendment. -->extra hours pay option lekapothe HR must have an idea on how they'll pay this.....But idhi consulting companies lo chesedhe kadha...like satyam infosys consultants multiple clients ki pani chestharu..or multiple projects at a time? same company 2 h1's file cheyyadam i dont think its true...ike i said u can amend ur original petition with this new job..and get paid

Then Director will take care of that and He will put Pressure on them to check the rules... Nenu velte they might not show that much interest kada in digging and let me know as it is complicated.. anduke ikkada asking... mee director may be nuvvu extra responsibility teesukodaniki ready aa ani adigi vuntadu. You can say I am ready to take the extra job but i am not sure I can really take an extra job in same company legally due to H1 regulations ani cheppi ask them to follow up with company attorney

So i am finding it out... Will go to Boss again finally once i get a clear picture.. He wants to talk to HR once i can tell him an answer
