Oracle 12 C Pluggable Database Medha Doubt

weekend Windows 8 lappy lo Oracle 12c install chesa!

 

1. Was able to login to Oracle with Sys as sysadmin

2. Create common user

3. alter session to pluggable database

4. create a local user to that PDB

 

create chesina local user ki not able to connect! conn SQL emi ivvalo idea undha?
