Ma wudbe dhi ee year h1 pick ayindhi... pelli Aug lo...so stamping chepinchukoni Sep 20 tharuvatha vadham anukundhi... but i heard few things or another scenrio....let me know does this actually works...?? If her h1 is approved next few months...and she left to india....Without going to stamping she will apply for h4 thorugh my h1.... After that she comes on h4 to USA in august...After coming here as her h1 is still valid...can her employer re -intiate her h1 and change her status from h4 to h1? and can she start working here on h1....?? Is this possible....
