I applied 2 H1b's this year, one with all documents including client letter other one applied as in house project...

But my faith ...inhouse project di lottery lo picked aindi....

 

eppudu emchayali...can i change my present employer to new one?

OPT lo Dec varaku undi..

If i moved to new employer i need to update my sevis with present employer details right in school..is it gonna be a issue ?

wait chei konni rojulu..rendu pick avthai emo..lekapothe you can transfer your current H1 to present employer(case pending lo vunnappudu cheyochu) , present employer take over chesthadu wtih their docs(you are already in CAP)

 

or work for new employer from oct 1st on h1(approve avthe), mean time change to new employer on OPT and apply for a new job, or work with your client to make new employer their vendor
