needhi fte aithe ur ocmpany shud do that..ippati kaina manchidhi just updated lca thisuko...pay 50% perigithe amendment ki sambandham ledhu its just nee job responsibilties  more than 50% change avuthe cheyyali?

salary last year perigindi before h1b like 1 week but they did h1b with old pay. I recently noticed.  job responsibilites same....  just title change prog 1 to prog 2 lekka...
