nagdon Posted April 29, 2014 Report Posted April 29, 2014 Pacific rim is a huge blockbuster outside US. Just that the US audience are dumbed down to enjoy only comic book films. Seriuisly, its about time US audience reject the superhero films. No one is doing original films any more. I dont think Pacific Rim did well out side US/Canada too.........checkout boxofficemojo and other sites world wide - $309+ millions and Domestic (US and Canada) - $101 million. $310 million is just avg. collections when you compare it with other super hero movies......Graphics are pretty crisp, but i thought movie lacked pace....casting wasn;t bad....i liked the lead actor....he has done pretty good job in Sons of Anarchy
