dotnetrockz Posted April 30, 2014 Report Posted April 30, 2014 మెదక్ లోనూ ‘చుక్కలు’చూపిస్తున్న డైనమిక్ కలెక్టర్ ..సంగారెడ్డి(న్యూస్ టీవీ): డైనమిక్ ఐ ఏ ఎస్ అధికారిణిగా గుర్తింపు పొందిన ప్రస్తుత మెదక్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ స్మితా సబర్వాల్ తన పనితనాన్ని మెదక్ జిల్లాలోనూ చూపించడం మొదలు పెట్టారు . ఇంతకు ముందు కరీం నగర్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ గా ఉన్నప్పుడు సిటీ రూపురేకలే మార్చేసారు . ఈ ఆపరేషన్ లో ఆమె అక్కడ ఎవరినీ లెక్కచేయలేదు . ఎదురించించాలని ప్రయత్నించిన నేతలకు చుక్కలు చూపించింది . ఇప్పుడు మెదక్ జిల్లాలోనూ అదే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు . వెనుకబడిన ప్రాంతాల అభివృద్ధి నిధులు(బీఆర్జీఎఫ్) వ్యయంపై ఇటీవల ఆమె జారీ చేసిన ఆదేశాలు అధికారుల గుండెల్లో దడ పుట్టిస్తున్నాయి. పెండింగ్ పనులన్నింటినీ వచ్చే నెలాఖరుగాలోగా పూర్తి చేయాలని జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ స్మితా సబర్వాల్ అధికారులకు డెడ్లైన్ విధించారు. ఒక వేళ గడువులోగా పూర్తి కాని పనులను రద్దు చేయాలని కోరుతూ ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖ రాస్తామని ఆమె తేల్చి చెప్పేశారు. అయితే చోటామోటా నేతలు అడ్వాన్సులు తినేసి ప్రారంభించని పనులు ఎక్కువ శాతం ఉన్నట్లు వెలుగు చూస్తుండడం అధికారుల్లో దడ మొదలైంది. బీఆర్జీఎఫ్ కింద 2010-13 కాలంలో జిల్లాకు మంజూరైన రూ.110.80 కోట్ల నిధులతో 12,353 పనులు చేపట్టగా.. అందులో 7,889 పనులు మాత్రమే పూర్తయ్యాయి. 2,491 పనులు ప్రారంభమైనా ఇంకా పూర్తి కాలేదు. 1,973 పనులైతే ఇంకా ప్రారంభమే కాలేదు. దీంతో కోట్ల రూపాయలు నిరుపయోగంగా మూలుగుతున్నాయి. బీఆర్జీఎఫ్ నిధుల్లో 20 శాతం జెడ్పీ, 30 శాతం మండల పరిషత్, 50 శాతం గ్రామపంచాయతీలకు వాటాలుగా కేటాయిస్తారు. పంచాయతీరాజ్ ఇంజనీరింగ్, గ్రామీణ నీటి సరఫరా, పారిశుద్ధ్య శాఖలు ఈ నిధులతో పనులు చేయిస్తాయి. దాదాపు అన్ని పనులకు రూ.5 లక్షల వ్యయం లోపే అంచనాలు తయారు చేసి స్థానిక ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల అనుచరులు, చోటా మోటా నేతలకు నామినేషన్ల ప్రాతిపదికన అడ్వాన్స్లు కట్టబెట్టారు. కొన్ని చిన్న పనులకు రూ.10 వేల నుంచి రూ. లక్ష వ్యయంతో అంచనాలు రూపొందించి పనులు చేయకుండానే నిధులను స్వాహా చేశారు. ఈ క్రమంలో నిధుల వినియోగం, ఒక్కో పని స్థితి గతిపై కలెక్టర్ స్పష్టమైన నివేదిక కోరడంతో అధికారుల గుండెల్లో దడ పుడుతోంది.

Yes, Karimnagar lo first collector ga chesindi...then moved to Medhak Karimnagar lo chala famous road widening almost 15 years pending lo unde... because of turka vallu... She came and completed almost 90% 1
