Opt - Company Not Verified

hello all,

 

ma cousin opt lo unnadu(started last week), oka company lo full time vachindi but aa company(American company) is not everified. so, vadu join athie, he cannot get opt extension kadha...so, first time h1 miss athie, inka anthe kadha?? any suggestions on what to do in this situation??

 

naaku athie only 2 options

 

1. try for another job

2. see if the company can get everified but oka employee kosam company vallu alla chesthnaru anii anukonnu..

getting e verified is easy and free..

request hr to do it..

they did it for me..whn i was doing FT

As liquor bhayya said it's free of cost for a company to get e-verified..so simple..that's wt I heard from other ppl too.

So tell him to ask his employer to get e-verified..good for all.

yes, i know it is free and probably beneficial for the company...they have to report all the new hires info to gov from their everified date....

 

but not sure how what they will say.....

 

so, aa option tappa or try another job tappa.. no other alternative aa??

process is so simple, nenu FT lo unde appudu maadhi peddha company ne  na kosam chesadu  and moreover he has enough time i guess last week ye start chesadu antunnav ga .

dude its an FT job dont loose it.

so to not loose it..u shd make the company e verify.

so convince the HR ..how it is important for him to work under E verify..

Everify is good for company..

company wil registered in Department of homeland of security.

Since I am an immigrant, I need to tell them where I work..so tht they can verify wher i work.

this process is laid down by immigration offices to eliminate people who are staying illegally..

this benefits the country..adhi idhi ani cheppamanu.

also by makin it e verify...it will help me for my work permit authorization extension..

in future if u employ any immigrants/ethnic ppl..it will be helpful to them too...

 

they shd be ok.

 

google a bit about how e verify helps company...give them details.

 

ther is no atlernative...this is the only rightway for ur friend
