Urgent Help: Reg Multiple H1B's

1) This wont come under duplicate filing as he filed from different employers. H1 B is employer based (they wont open and see client names in applications I belive as 1st one is not processed(not sure). Money vasthai ane chepthanu nenu..

 

2) Pick avvanappudu processing start cheyyaru ga 1st employer dhi (i dont think they will look into client name rendu pick ayyunte appudu pakka problem ayyedhi)

 

naa thoughts chepthunnanu bro..may not be 100 percent right(we never know unless we faced the same situation)

so bhaya nee prakaram for non-picked packets before returning....then only see consultant name and employer name...... if they both are matched with any 1 of picked lottery h1bs  then only they consider it as duplicate filing.... right?

 

if yes, then mari asalu PV , end client ni asalu validate cheyara if employer name is different??

duplicate kadhani telisthe asalu pick avvani application processing start avvadhu. no chance of going into deep details..(nly employer name and benefeciary name based medha duplicate filing or not ani decide chestaru) ..as far as my understanding on duplicate filing
