H1 is in two parts.. first is I-129 Approval..  seond is COS approval.

if USCIS think u have not mentioned proper F1 status(which takin cpt workin etc) then they deny COS but approve I-129.

so in this case..your I-129 is approved and COS is denied.

you will not get i94.

you will get I797B only.
