How To File Last Year's Fbar Without Penaltity?

I didn't know there is something called FBAR untill now.

 

I can file this year's FBAR, but how to file last year FBAR with out any penality??

 

Is there any petition format available, please also give me the procedure to file last year's FBAR

Don't file this year also. That's the best solution
