That's a 64 year old man standing under an umbrella that could hardly cover his body, and remember he had already delivered four speeches in the day. The wind and rain blew away the papers having his speaking points. And, yet he spoke about Visakhapatnam and his dreams for the city.. A better vision than most of the dimwits who've represented the city in the past.Thousands of people cheering for him in spite of the rain.. Awesome experience
