I know some one who is B.Sc + 3 yrs exp in India(i doubt it is genuine) who got picked in lotto and got H4-H1 approved and in one frens company(core electrical) an MIT grad was not picked in lotto and hence relocated to canada branch of same comp. H1 lottery and esp life is not fair my junior in school who when to kupli badi in US  is now married to US citizen and has GC.
