His name is Sridhar, he's working on a nanotech component in IIT Madras research park. he's from SA, and will set his company somewhere around Nellore once he perfects production.

'development' is pointless if people are illiterate. SA can live without a 'developed' city for next 10 yrs also, as long as they build for future by educating everyone. may be this division is a much deserved kick on their back to get their house right. stranger things have happened man. SA might surprise you. Industrial infrastructure ki, oka developed city avasaram ledhu.. just overall good roads, good power unte chaalu.. Its already there in SA. power ante navvaku :) AP power policy is probably the best in entire india. IT antaava.. not very useful for semi skilled labour. Its better to be an industrial giant than an IT giant.

TG is too far from the port. and chennai port is too crowded.
