dotnetrockz Posted May 5, 2014 Report Posted May 5, 2014 Let me correct this.......there was a wave created in early 2000's known as dotcom bubble....so IT early days.. and globalization and everyone knows the labor costs wud be less in third world countries.....but to safe gaurd the entire implementation properly like signing MOU's b/w govt and FDI......cbn did his job.nothing overwhelming...he made sure that hyd got global recogbition and IT exports went through.....so any one who was a cm has to utilzie that oppurtunity for development..
