yes that makes sense!!...but i think what we call after effect....ysr...CBN ki unna ceo/it/corporate image ni damage cheyyataaniki....intentional gane.....IT ni pedda ga encourgae cheyyaledu anukunta...not that he did anything to destroy IT...but comparatively different outlook undindi... like raitulu etc.

Let me correct this.......there was a wave created in early 2000's known as dotcom bubble....so IT early days.. and globalization and  everyone knows the labor costs wud be less in third world countries.....but to safe gaurd the entire implementation properly like signing MOU's b/w govt and FDI......cbn did his job.nothing overwhelming...he made sure that hyd got global recogbition and IT exports  went through.....so any one  who was a cm has to utilzie that oppurtunity for development..

Then why is orissa not developed......why is MP developed .......why is UP  nt developed...why is bihar not developed?? at that time
