tax issues are different.. no big company in the world currently pays due taxes it owes to the govt. They keep trying to find loopholes to avoid payment. its different discussion. 

 

here we focus on freedom to do business.

 

Ambani, chemical industry magnate. they are not even top 10 producers in the world. India lo cheap labour undi kooda.

 

either they are lazy/incompetent.. or its a huge hassle to expand markets for base chemicals in the world without govt restricting their investments at every turn. 

 

That most oil is imported is not an issue. China also imports most of its oil.

 

so they find the easiest way to survive. that is to pocket politicians. 

 

so the fault is with politicians, and especially with those genius bureaucrats. They have too much power to hurt the industrialists, if they want to.
