G.Jagadeshwar Reddy ,the TRS Party politburo member filed a house motion petition in the High Court seeking a direction to the Central Government to change the Appointed day for Telangana as May 17, instead of June 2. High Court while considering the petition, directed the center to make appointed day without any further delays
