Nadhi H1 last year oct lo start ayyindhi....oct nunchi pay  LCA ki match avvuthudi...kani JAN to Sep varaku pay ekkuva ga untadi....if they ask last year  W2.. OPT  lo unnapadu hours basis work chesa anduke ekkuva undhi ani...Oct nunchi ma employer ki fulltime ani thats why pay decreased   cheppacha

Lca is min pay you should get.. You can get double the pay too... Pay depends on your exp, skill set and what you n your emp decided while joining.. Anthy kaani adi reason petti he cant reject
