Everyone in IT know that interview by Americans is pretty straight forward, to the point, and followed by decision Yes/No. Also most of the jobs are very very simpler once you join than how it is projected, you all know it.

If it is a desi team doing the interview, you know how it is. Probably they will google you, check you out on FB, ask you questions not related to specific requirement. For a developer, ask questions about database performance tuning, load performance testing, etc etc, expect you to know all technologies. After interview, they will say we have other candidates, they have tie ups with another f***ing vendor who is another desi, that vendor says you are confirmed even before the client confirms only to tell you after couple days that there is no feedback or position on hold. Coming to point, all these freaking things are done only by only Indians.

So if there are no caste based politics, languages based preferences, greediness for dollars, no stinking egoistic people, then H4-EAD should not have any impact. H4-EAD's can work in any field they are interested, not in IT. I am wondering why is it such a big deal!

bhayya i think I-140 approve avvali and more than 6years H1 lo unnavaallake anukunta..

DHS ninna vesina NEWS ki actual rule lo unna text contradict avuthunnayi

Just read the complete proposed Rule

http://www.reginfo.gov/public/do/eAgendaViewRule?pubId=201210&RIN=1615-AB92#

Alternatives: An alternative considered by DHS was to permit employer authorization for all H-4 dependent spouses. In enacting AC21, Congress was especially concerned with avoiding the disruption to U.S. businesses caused by the required departure of H-1B workers (for whom the businesses intended to file employment-based immigrant visa petitions) upon the expiration of workers' maximum six-year period of authorized stay. Although the inability of an H-4 spouse to work may cause an H-1B worker to consider departing from the United States prior to his or her eligibility for an H-1B extension. This alternative was rejected in favor of the proposed process to limit employment authorization to the smaller sub-class of H-4 nonimmigrants who intend to remain in the United States permanently and who have been granted an extension of H status under the provisions of AC21.

depends on the client, always look for rich and generous clients, not frugal ones.
