It was TDP which brought insistutional changes like Mandal system, e-seva, global tenders and many things, they never did anything harm to the system and coming to IT, it is only industry which is feeding 22 lakh people and acting as a growth engine to the state. Every party in the state backed by one of the major castes, but tdp has nothing to do with kammas.
