case details : EVC model with all letters/2nd h1b stamping/change of employer/adming processing required when 1st visa was stamped at hyd consulate.(full time job)

VO : asked i 129 lca w2 client letters pay stubs verified all asked few general Qs and told visa was aproved but since i had admin procc earlier i need to go through the same again so said there will be a delay in getting passport.
i was prepared for this since my attorney told me the same. so all hsppies came back to room enjoyed the night and visited ocho rios next day and was relaxing.
30th evening got an email from embassy requesting a followup interview ( got confused and worried too).
May 1st :
Same VO: said ne employer meeda consultants ni exploit chestunarani complaints unnai need to verify ir bank statements annadu..
latest vi ichanu..2013 motham kavalanadu sare ani icha..xfers to friends accounts chusi avanni employer ki velinattu suspicious unnayani savadobadu..employer degara letter temanadu enduku pay increase aindi 2-3yrs lo 40k ani

Velkagane i have bad news, i am revoking ur petition ani passport ichesadu..reason same bullshit employer exploiting!!

Friens think twice before doing anything. ye embassy aina okate sudi reverse lo vaste nela nakinchestundi ., take it as a lessson. flight lo bore kotti odana type chesanu.

Really sorry to hear dude. Its unbelievable what kind of situations can happen despite having every document in hand.

My stamping is on May 20th and naa grahalu anukinchaledu ante anthe inka. I am also 140 approved with all letters. Not sure what will happen.

I know you might not be in good spirit but appreciate if you can give some info on

 

• The accommodation of Tracy (6 parkhurst drive, beverly hills). How good is this as i am planning to stay here. I read today a post in murthy forum from a guy who had bad experience at this accomodation
• You said you are flying from Panama city (Cuba). Is any VISA required via Panama City or Amsterdam or they just treat it as a transfer to international flight.
• You mentioned that your option is H1B transfer but you said that your petition is revoked by the VISA officer. Is it possible to transfer H1B in this case?
