Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are looking for a VERY STRONG C++ Developer who is interested in learning and working with ERLANG. The right candidate will have solid experience in C++ and must have worked on very complex projects.


Requirements:

We need person more dedicated to implementing effective low-latency custom algorithms/data structures in exclusively Linux (Unix) environment. Rich experience with C templates, Boost etc. Classic OOP paradigm is not much of interest.

UNIX/Linux experience including command line and shell scripting.
Understanding of network protocols
ssh and security aspects
understanding of telnet, ftp, http

Excellent programming skills in:
C/C++
Knowledge of Erlang/OTP is a big plus Ability and willing to learn is a must.

Good understanding of the following paradigms:
algorithms and design patterns
optimization aspects
concurrency and multitasking
reliability in general and such subjects as fault-tolerance, zero-maintenance, redundancy in particular application testing (unit, system)
Source control management (any, git is a big plus)

Candidate must be:
creative
responsible
quick learner
able to solve complex problems
able to work with minimal supervision involved.
