I received below mail from my attorney..

 

"We have received an audit on your PERM. The Labor Department is asking for posting documents and ETA Form which were already been submitted at time of filing. They also wanted signature on the ETA Form and signed Affidavit. "

 

 

Do you have any idea about these type of audits, and how much time it will take to get myPerm(labour)? My labour was filed on 13 -Nov 1st week.
