i had interview with same level person ... top 15 fortune comp. 

 

Qns asked 

 

1) What do u suggest Oracle the changes you want to see in your technology if you are in my place 

2) What did u like and dislike in your first manager

3) If an end user calls you and say he has problem , whats the first thing you gonna do

i think it will be like let your manager know about the incident details.. arrange a call with users..

take up this if you have bandwidth or assign it to someone who can accommodate it.. and re-prioritize ur work to resolve the issue asap depends on severity :D
