Most common and some experienced qestions in my previous experience

1. What are your strengths?

Ans:- I am very adaptable and accepts  change during new processes .I understand the importance of change, especially in the software industry. I enjoy leading the change with positive encouragement and watching as new operations gain acceptance and become successful. My strength is my Listening, Learning, and Leading skills.

Don't lose hope. Be confident. Try to give the best of yourself... everything is possible. Work continuously until you achieve your goal.

I keep on motivating myself in every situation and with the passage of time, I improve. I am capable of learning from others. I want to move ahead towards perfection by learning, especially through my experiences and interaction with people.

  1. What are your weaknesses?

My greatest weakness is that I always have a tough time saying no to tasks unless I am already close to being overwhelmed. I work on it constantly, and have learned the hard way that sometimes I just can't do it all!

  1. Why are you interested in working for [insert company name here]?
  2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?

In five years, I'd love to have increased my skill level enough that I'm able to train others how to do this work. I love this work, and I've found that I really enjoy mentoring colleagues, so I'd be thrilled to be able to combine the two—continuing to work in a role like this one, but with a training or mentoring component to it.

  1. 5.Why do you want to leave your current company?
  2. Why was there a gap in your employment between [insert date] and [insert date]?
  3. What can you offer us that someone else can not?

I believe that my unique blend of experience, problem solving skills and people skills differentiates me from most other candidates. I am motivated, disciplined and focused and am willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

  18. “My past positions have ranged in salary from X to Y, but I do not have a firm ‘salary requirement.’ I am more interested in speaking with you about the opportunity. Once I fully understand the opportunity and we mutually determine that I am a good fit for the position, I am confident we can negotiate a reasonable salary.” At least this response indicates that you expect to be able to negotiate later.
