In Sabaniya Village, Hindus Are Running A Mosque

 Setting an unprecedented example of harmony and brotherhood,  Hindus residing in a village called Sabaniya in Bikaner have come together to run a mosque.

They decided to take the responsibility of running 'Pirjih Dargah' as not a single Muslim stays in the village. Sabaniya is mostly occupied by Jats, Brahmins and Rajputs.

According to a report in Patrika, with mutual consensus the villagers decided to repair the mosque and build boundary around it.

They clean the mosque premises, light incandescent sticks every morning and offer prasad to the idol. Locals have so much faith that they say all the wishes of anyone who visits this dargah gets fulfilled.
