hmmm ... nee h1 file lo already masters vuntundhi kadha.... mee vadiki buddi ledha .... incase nee h1 master quota lo kakunda veredhi iyethe no issue. master quota nee iyethe vadi file lo nee motham biodata vuntundhi .. so nuvu madhya lo yenni dachi petina it will riase  some concerns .... approach a different lawyer w/o you employer notcie and check for the consequences and have your employer submit the records in correct format.

naaku telsi u cant do ..ne H1 already masters lo undhi ..amend or extension or transfr anni masters h1 gaanae considr avthaayi ..if u want to get rid of all tensions .. u have to go out of USA and apply for new H1 anukunta .. this what i heard from a friend
