Eminent Social Worker and feminist writer Malladi Subbamma is no more. Malladi Subbamma was born in Repalle of Guntur District and led moments against liquor and wrote over 60 novels supporting women. She even worked as an editor for " Stree Swechcha" magazine and extended her services for the welfare of the women. She was married to Rama Murthy and fought against " Sati Sahagamanam". Many NGOs and writers offered their tribute to demised Malladi Subbamma.
