It all depends bro . Some interview just called to have a friendly interaction with the consultant and talks about the projects,strengths,weaknesses, challenges you faces, hr round.

But some companies do real interview in the face to face by asking to resolve the real time issues.  ask you to code infront of  a group. If you are good in coding and able to manage the situation with your answers , you will get selected other wise they will make you to feel so embarassed.

Naaku recently chala good experiences with face to face . Unnecessary day wasted . 

It all depends on the company and the people who is interviewing and their need .......

Prepare for the worst and make it best thats all I can say. Dont get discourage if you are not able to crack it, just take it easy and move on .......

Be prepared to say No if you really dont know the answer ,instead of saying yes and feel embarass when they ask you to code.

Just be urself. Don get tensed. Ni body language chusko.. anthey. u ill crack it. ATB.  Skype cracked kabati. it shows they are happy with the way u talk and answers u gave. sooo no worries..  S&Bx  velli kumai...
