If you leave USA while your H1b is under processing, you H1b petition may approve but COS (H4 to H1b) will be revoked. (For any status extension/ COS, you HAVE to be present in USA). In this case, in order to start working from Oct 1st, you need to get H1b stamping and then enter in USA around Oct 1st.
Better to do H1b in PP, once H1b is approved you are okay. You can leave USA and re-enter on H4 before Oct 1st. On Oct 1st, your status will be automatically changed to H1b, and you will be eligible to work.

First thing H1 approve ayye varaku out of US vellakudadu...

 

Next H1 approve ayyaka October 1st lopu velladam kuda not advised... oka vela vellalante proper documentation theesukoni vellali... 

 

Oka vela H1 approve aithe some time in september nunchi return ravochu anukunta..

Each case different ga untundi bhayya. General ga RFE emi rakunte 2 to 3 months lo approve avvachu. Urgent unte you can convert from regualr to premium eppudaina.
