Opt - Everified Question

Friends,

 

2 weeks back OPT - company not willing to do everified ani oka post vesa...

Finally , HR mail chesadu....We decided not go everified at this time. (idhi final decision, we cannot change, so , no point in explaining them the benefits anymore)

 

So, ma cousin planning to continue working there till he finds job at everified company.

 

Question : Do we have to be working for Everified company from the beginning of OPT to get OPT extension??

or can we work like 7-8 months at this company and then change to a everified company?

atleast extension apply chese time ki e-verified ki shift avvamanu, as soon as possible or atleast apply chese 4-5 months mundu shift aithe better

opt ki avasatam ledu but opt ext ki must needed e verification ... ekada wife ki same situation ... company provided options either join day one cee pee tee college or join in Indian branch untill u get h1 ani...

If possible ask company to hire as consultant untill u get opt extension in hand and then hire as ft... ma case lo edi work kaledu...because of company policy ...

 just started OPT (20 days ayyindhi)...plan emiti ante 6-7 months work here and use that experience and get another job(everified company) and apply for extension using that new company.
