Need Info On Harrisburg University

I am on H4 visa, Thinking of joining MS for getting work permit.Came to know that Harrisburg University provides CPT. Please answer below questions.
1. Any problems while applying H1 with this university ? Can H1 be filed under MS category if studied in this university ?
2. Will there be any problems with CPT ? How many months can CPT be used ?
3. Any other universities where MS can be completed in 1 year and offer admission without GRE or TOEFL or IELTS ?
