Experience with IBM Tealeaf tool. Create events to track business processes and user interactivity.

* Develop, configure and customize Tealeaf scorecards, dashboards and custom charts.

* Develop metrics and generate reports to demonstrate performance of the various application components, showing trends and utilization levels

* Provide analytical support to the business team,  web ops team and other key stakeholders that drive the online experience throughout the organization.

* Conduct root cause analysis of web issues and recommend fixes to technical teams.

* Create and maintain web analytics report and communicate best practices across the analytics organization.

* Install, patch and upgrade Tealeaf CX platform and supporting applications as needed.

* Diagnose Tealeaf issues and implement changes recommended by Tealeaf support. 

* Responsible for basic server metric reporting and web analytics, capacity planning,

* Work closely with development staff on a daily basis and should be personable, courteous and truthful
