i would like to bring my spouse on dependent.

Here is my situation,

 

Currently on OPT , MY h1b got approved,,,,,so can i still apply f2 for my spouse.

 

Please suggest,,,,

wait until ur h1b kicks in..and then apply for h4

She can apply for H4 visa and  adhi approve ayyaka she appear for H-4 visa stamping as your H-1 has been approved. However, she cannot enter US on H-4 until Sep 20th.

you can apply for h4 in august or september because your h1b already approved,,,,but only can fly after oct 1st (naadi same situation unde and was denied f2 thrice because my wife was ran out of opt(denied twice here) and she only had cap gap(once denied))
