Students Design Paper Chairs Which Can Bear Upto 100 Kgs

Interior designing students of a Pandri-based university in Chhattisgarh used waste paper to make light-weight chairs that can bear a weight of 100 kilogram.

According to a report in Bhaskar, the students claimed they wanted to put waste products to  meaningful use and hence thought of using it to make items that are of daily use.

Along with the sofa, many other innovations by them were also showcased during an exhibition.

Among the many interesting innovations at display was also a chandelier that the students made using more than 100 disposable glasses and CFL light.
