H1B Stamping Done At Jamaica @ May 20

Guys,

Finally H1B stamping successfully done at Jamaica today morning. There were 5 other Indians (some Opt to H1 and some regular H1) and i saw 3 of them successfully coming out and i believe rest were successful too.

My case is H1B (7th year extension) in US with 140 approved and always with same employer.

i went to these chin-ese officer (previously mentioned in this forum) and he just asked 3 basic questions and approved. Thats it.

First and foremost i will always be thankful to the below DB ids

LiquorLunatic , VodkaWala ,Sardarr (Viswamitra),  Kathar_Lo_Hethar, Nissan

The have given so much info taking time and patience to reply to lot of questions which helped me prepare better.

All i say to folks who are going to Jamaica is

  • Be professional
  • Don't go in groups in the interview lines and plan for a backup during your stay for any delays
  • Never bargain with the VISA officer to give the passport early
  • Make sure don't do any activities that damage the future H1B prospects going to Jamaica

I will be glad to provide with all the info i have to anyone going to Jamaica for stamping.
