Problem is we cant re-use those seeds for next crop....because of that they don't support anukunta. Every crop we have to purchase from shops. Inka health related ...even though there aren't any reported deaths...there will be effect but slow

I believe it with certainty that some of these anti-GM NGOs are on payrolls of foreign bodies. They are Luddites, bent on ruining Indian science

Bt cotton’s contribution to our growth story is phenomenal. From a net importer India is now a net exporter. You'll always find naysayers.

NGOs don’t understand – to increase crop productivity by 25 % *without* the use of a pesticide or herbicide is a *great* achievement.

GM plants/ seeds of BT Cotton -->  developed by Monsanto Company from US. But these guys never/rare use GM plants.... 

 

GM plants valla ecological system ruin avutundi... aa plants debris ni cattle feed kinda kuda veyalemu.... coz some of those plants have genes from bacteria which can produce poisonous proteins (Secretions). 

 

For example: BT cotton is an example of that... it has a gene from Bacillus Thuringiensis bacteria which produces poisonous proteins inside the plant... eppudyna evyna insects or any kind of small creatures plants ni bite cheste they will be dead in no time...

Nenu anedi not to fully negate the GM crops .....But, atleast let the scientists to their work and not let NGO's dictate what to do and what not to do.

Subject GMO to *all* possible, *most stringent* tests. Determine Allergy/toxicity. Who can possibly be against this? Not the scientists!
