yes man..........Did a research for 3 days on this............and then u have to book the appointment in the arriving country (for ex Paris ante French consulate ) and then attend IN person interview............

Idi anta kakunda...........India ki velletapudu stopover anuko............u have to pay extra luggage in USA and in the European country also
