If you entry again in June (Say) you will get new I94 which has expiry date.. I94 change chesukovali nuvvu as USCIS system has your OLD i94 on H1b and all their records..You need to update USCIS as USCIS and home land security are two entirely different entittes..They dont coordinate each other on alll these..So now you hav two options: 1)I94 Ammend can be done in US by paying usics some fee and need to send some docs. 2) Need to go out of US in last week of september to get updated with H1b copy. I think this process for travling to indian when H1B is in pending status. Approve aithe i don't think any problem if you come back before oct 1st. I heard this for H4. I think for OPT also same thing

Adhi Invalid avtundhi ..as you entered into country with new I94..All old i94s will be discarded..New I94 holds good..
