We tried to score runs towards the end and keep up the scoring rate. We thought this total was gettable, we had a lot of batting depth. There was a lot of panic at the start of our innings and the run-outs did not help.

Sachin Tendulkar: We needeed a solid performance and I thought 170 plus total was competitive. Full marks to the way our faster bowlers bowled at the start, Zaheer especially was fantastic. The target during our batting was to stay towards the end. It was up to me and Duminy, we knew the big overs would come at one stage. The fielding was great, JP took a great catch and the ground fielding was good too. In the first time, this was the same ground that made us lose the semi-final spot and in the same ground we have made our way to the semis, it feels good. I better make sure I keep scoring fifties (on told that whenever he's made a fifty Mumbai have won this season). The ball was coming onto the bat, there was not much bounce but it was a good wicket.
