meedi ee place india lo i mean village or town or city?   maadi town usual ga net baane vasthadi no issues with wifi at home..  but wifi anthaga raadu ante go for 4g.. reliance airtel sims veskovachu and can be taken to any place..  IPad mini with 4g might be the best bet.. antha kashtam ante go for nexus 7..  not sure which samsung tab bhas 4G
