kaakarkaya chakralu ga cut chesukoni low flame lo petti fry cheyali without lid

1.little oil in pan like 2-3 spoons for 6 medium sized kaakarkaya

 

2.deep fry

try this method

karela ni koncham slit chesi,1 cup water add chesi pressure cook-1 whistle

in a pan-heat oil-talimpu-fry onions(optional)-squeeze karelas,roughly chop-put in that talimpu

add salt,turmeric,fry 2-3 min-add amchur,2 spoons besan,koncham sugar-fry for 5 min- add garam masala in end

fast ga ayipotundi..ekkuva oil kuda patatdu
