filling out form i-134 for my mom's B2 VISA.......aa form lo no. 8 The following persons are fully dependent on me for support lo evari evari perlu rayali......

 

I mean to say : na wife h4.....so she will be one

Do I have to include my mom's name in that(I dont think so since the form itself is for her).......
