Just now got an offer from a desi recruiting firm, and the pay is on 1099 basis........... w2 ki 1099 ki difference enti pay lo......OPT lo emaina problem untada??? offer chetilo undi.........so jaldi reponse ivvali vallaki.........plz help cheyandi bhaiya... naku 27$ ochedi on w2, ippudu 42$/hr on 1099/////////offer teeskovacha , leda idemaina trap aa btw nenu Mechanical , and ee position kuda Mechanical related e ........so plz give your suggestion....
