world lo ae country lo aina 5-10 years with work permit unte....they give u citizenship.....even aa basis lo choosina kani....all these guys who were working in secretariat for say 10-15 years....they become telangana citizens by default....ippudu vachhi ....vedu no SA people in tg secretariat ante ......asalu ae basis meda he can conclude that some one is from tg or sa??.....wat the fcuk.....veellantha ekkadiki vellali...em cheyyali.....
