approve aithe cheyyochu but most of the employers don't encourage that. neeku mee employer tho manchi relation unte its easy. 

 

but it is always better to wait till you get one month pay check after oct 1st and then transfer.

Yes u can..new employer start date will be Oct 1st..u have to work with old employer till sept end..this was my case last year. Personal exp
