We attach herewith the full Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2013-14 which, inter-alia, comprises the Notice calling the Fortieth Annual General Meeting, Management's Discussion and Analysis, Business Responsibility Report, Corporate Governance Report, Directors' Report, Auditors' Report, Audited Financial Statement and Consolidated Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 31st March 2014. 

The full Annual Report including the Notice of the Annual General Meeting is also available on the Company's websitewww.ril.com. The full Annual Report would also be available for inspection at the registered office of the Company on all working days except Saturdays, during business hours up to the date of the Annual General Meeting. 

The Fortieth Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 11.00 a.m. at Birla Matushri Sabhagar, 19, New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 020.
