so vallaki money sarigga raaka pothe then they will automatically will move to New capital

I used to go for my fathers business works to get permissions in HYD secretariat, It is so absurd that small things like water clearance etc for some commercial purposes in vizag needs signatures from 4 diff clerks and secretary(IAS off) in HYD. Antha mostly nee local district politicians thru already set ayipoddi plus niku akkada oka broker teliyali lekapothe bharateeyudu style lo repu raa nee file ledu antadu..

only Off is change for next 10 Yrs after that they have to relocate to New capital

Why Don't they work for SA remotely from HYD? till they retire and new recruitment will go to new capital
