My friend situation is this

 

she is working for a employer A in india from Jan,they have send her to US for training at client location this march.she completed training and returned back to india in april.

 

She already has H1 from a different employer C filed last year and searched for job and got one offer.Now H1 got transfered to new employer B and succesfully got H1 stamped in india this month.

 

now when she resigned her previous job,employer A is threatening to issue an arrest warrant if she doesnt pay 10k USD.She never signed any bond with this employer.Please give your suggestions or if anyone has faced similar kind of situation
